Pop A Prawn

INGREDIENTS:

rock shrimp 5 pc

spicy aioli 2 tblsp

micro green 15 g

yuzu coleslaw 40 g

tempura batter for fried

glazed walnuts 1 tblsp



METHOD:

Dip the rock shrimp in tempura batter and deep fried with 180?

Toss with spicy aioli when its done and put caramelized walnuts on top of prawn

Juliene two kind of endive and toss with house vinaigrette

Cut the dressing well and plating



SPICY AIOLI: (for about 1 little)

kyupie mayonase 0.9 little

shichimi togarashi 1 tblsp

sriracha chili sauce 1/4 cup

nikiri sake 0.5 tblsp

nirki mirn 1/2 cup

ponzu 1 /2 cup

sugar 0.17 cup



Mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well



COLESLAW: (40g per order)
juliened red cabbage 20 g

juliened green cabbage 20 g

kyupie mayonase 1/2 cup

yuzu juice (orange juice ?) 1 teasp

white wine vinegar 0.25 cup

sugar 1.5 tblsp



Juliened both cabbage and soak in cold water for 30 minutes
Buy zithromax(Azithromycin), Mix mayonase, yuzu juice, white wine vinegar and sugar in a bowl and whisk well

Strain the water

Toss the cabbage with the dressing well

Springkle black pepper on top of the coleslaw after plating



GLAZED WALNUTS:

walnuts 50 g

brown sugar 1 tblsp

honey 1 teasp



Toss the walnuts with brown sugar and honey

Bake the walnuts in oven for 10 minutes

Chill at room tempurature and crashed



Garnish with ito togarashi string on top

ROY’S RECIPE - DESSERT

Glaze:
Amoxicillin antibiotic 500mg, 6 oz. Cost of amoxicillin without insurance, butter

¾ cup dark brown sugar

Combine together over medium heat and stir until mixture is smooth

Pour into an 8 inch pan and chill for approx ½ hour.

1/4 c. butter, amoxicillin bacterial infections, Purchase amoxicillin online, softened

1/2 dark brown sugar

1 egg

2 tbsp. pineapple juice

1/2 tsp, yaz and amoxicillin. Amoxicillin pneumonia, vanilla

1 c. cake flour

1 tsp, amoxicillin antibiotic 500mg. baking powder

1/4 tsp, amoxicillin refrigeration. Penicillin amoxicillin difference, salt

1/2 c. milk

2 cups diced pineapple

Prepare the cake butter:

Cream butter and sugars.

Add eggs, amoxicillin abscess, Amoxicillin abuse, pineapple juice and vanilla.

Alternate the addition of the milk and dry ingredients

To Bake:

Place 2 cups diced pineapple ontop of glaze.

Pour batter over pineapple.

Bake @ 375* for 30-35 mins. Or until toothpick comes out clean when it’s inserted in the center and the top is golden brown.

Turn out onto a plate.
