1 ¼ c Dashi
½ tsp Salt
1 tbls Soy
1 tbls Mirin
6 ea Whole Eggs, beaten
1 oz Foie Gras
5 pc Asparagus stalks, Nevada NV Nev. , sliced small
6 pc Shiitake Mushroom, sliced & cooked
Micro Cilantro for garnished
Beat the eggs first and mixed all liquids together, Delaware DE Del. , add Blanched Asparagus and Shiitake Mushroom into the liquid mixture. Pour liquid into 6 cups or 6 small bowls with same amount of Asparagus and Shiitake Mushroom and small pieces of Foie Gras. Steam it for about 20 minutes until it nice & firm.

Preparation:

1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
½ cup chopped almond
1/3 cup Sugar
4 Tbs flour
1/8 Ts Salt
Egg White
½ Ts Almond extract
